Mid-Career Faculty Research and Creative Activities Grant Winner
NCPE is happy to announce the Mid-Career Faculty Research and Creative Activities Grant, which is intended to support established preservation educators, regardless of whether they are in tenure track or non-tenure track positions. Applicants for this grant should either be associate or full professors, or should have more than five years of teaching experience. The grant may be used to support work on established projects, or it may be used to pursue new avenues of research or creative work. Preservation educators who have not yet reached associate professor status, or who have five or fewer years of teaching experience, should apply for the NCPE Early Career Faculty Grant instead.
The following factors will be considered by the grant committee:
- Clarity of proposed research or creative goals
- Likelihood of being able to achieve stated work during the grant period
- Relevance of the proposed work to current questions or issues facing the preservation field
